The building, which formerly housed the University Library, was refurbished during the summer of 2012 to provide a study and guidance centre.

We worked closely with the University from early 2012 to develop a range of options. Following selection of an option we developed a two stage tender process which enabled early contractor selection. Design was progressed as the enabling works where undertaken. The selection of the two stage route enabled the project to be completed in one phase by November 2012. The was of considerable benefit to the University as initially it was expected to be completed in three phases running into summer 2013.

The £1.6m project was received well by the students and has provided the University with a superb facility.
