Firmingers have been working with the world’s leading telecommunication group since late 2011 and have to date been involved with over 300 projects across the retail and commercial sectors providing both cost management and project management services.
Our initial undertaking involved a thorough review of processes and main contractor pricing culminating in a near 25% reduction in main contractor costs and the introduction of universal framework rates. We are currently involved in the store refurbishment programme which sees all of the UK retail space fit out to the world wide Global store specification.
Recent projects have included a new flag ship store at Westfield White City and a follow up store in Croydon where we also provided the PM function.
In addition to the retail work Firmingers have provided the PM & QS role on a number of commercial projects for Vodafone including projects at the Clients head office at Newbury and London offices at both Paddington & Hammersmith. In addition to this Firmingers also provided cost management services for the £5m refurbishment of offices at Manchester Atlas.
